Hello world

Hey there and welcome to my new and rebuilt website! My name is Jesper Nielsen, a Solution Architect & Technology Provocateur, Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MWP) and former Windows Insider MVP – I am so excited to start sharing my day-to-day ramblings and experiences.

I have been in the IT industry for more than two decades and bring a wide range of experience in enterprise level End-user computing solutions. Although my primary focus has always been focusing on Windows Management and End User Experience, I have a strong passion for areas around Endpoint Security, Endpoint Baselining and Endpoint Management and everything within the reach of an End User Devices.

It is my job to visualize Microsoft technologies to IT Professionals, organizations, and corporations, embracing the philosophy behind Modern Work and Security. Helping apply User Centric strategies, helping define goals to transform and move organizations and corporations towards Microsoft 365 fueled Modern Workplace, Modern Security and Modern Management.

I wanted to start by telling you why I created this blog, what you will be seeing more of in my posts, and my overall experience of rebuilding my website. Blogs have long been a huge source of help and inspiration to me, and I wanted to contribute my own voice to the great dialogue. The amount of ideas, how-to’s and inspiration are constantly spinning in my head and is getting ready to jump out.

Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management topics will obviously be the main topics of my blog, powered by my professional ramblings, including a mixture of lifehack and other professional experiences.

The whole thing is Work in progress… I am no expert on any of this. I may be a “perfectionist”, but I am nowhere near perfect. So, expect a lot of trial and error in my endeavor becoming a ‘blogger’, and please feel free to share your advice and communicate with me along the way!

I have been waiting to launch a blog for a while (years) now and I am pleased that I finally had the guts to click that publish button and stop procrastinating.

Starting with a hard reset

Building a blog and navigating topics, is hard work – this is not a fast task people. The whole project has been a steep learning experience, and I felt a hard reset would be advantageous, and I have started rebuilding my blog from the Ground Up. At the same time, it gave me the opportunity to thoroughly document the process and share it along the way.

UPDATE: Core functionality is restored, core pages are recreated, reviewed and rewritten, and content is flowing in gradually.
